An un-official kick-off meeting has been planed to take place at Athens, Greece on September 28, 2007, in order to take advantage of the fact that almost all participants of the NMDB project will also be participating to the International Symposium: 'Solar Extreme Events 2007'. This is a unique opportunity to meet and set the frameworks of our joined efforts. More information on location etc will be provided soon.

We strongly ask from the leaders of each working package to prepare a working draft on what each group will contribute to each working package. It would be very useful to put this information at the website so that everyone could be prepared for the meeting of the September 28, 2007.
